We collect location when you discover local events, set your city on your profile, and when you start or continue a GPS-tracked workout (walk, run, hike, cycling). During an active workout, location may be collected in the background, including when the app is closed or not in use, so we can record your route, distance, and pace accurately.
• Device Information: Information about your mobile device, including model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain our Service.
• To track your progress in challenges and update leaderboards.
• To communicate with you, including sending updates, security alerts, and support messages.
• To monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience.
• To show local events and challenges near you based on your location.
• To record GPS routes, maps, distance, pace, and activity summaries for workouts you choose to track.

• Activity and location data (workout routes, steps, challenge progress) is retained while your account is active so you can view history and leaderboards.
• After account deletion: When you delete your account in the app or contact us to request deletion, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where we must retain limited information for legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations.
• Analytics and logs: Aggregated or de-identified usage data may be retained longer for service improvement.
